Imelda, or Immy for short, is an extraterrestrial witch from Risbia who doesn't talk much, but communicates through telepathy. She usually gives a headache to the person she is using telepathy on. She is short, pale, and has neon green hair. Her eyes are an unknown color, as her hair completly covers them. Telepathy, being her weak point, is one of her many powers. She is very powerful, but her spells can go wrong (ex: Great Risbian Explosion).
