Meagan Havest is the one of the RayaWitches, from the witch/wizard world. She is Mysti's younger sister. She has all the normal witch powers such as being able to fly, to be able to run faster than any human, etc. But Meagan's special witch talent is to be able to teleport, and create portals to travel to anywhere. She also has a knack for solving problems quickly, and usually knows exactly what to do. It is later shown in Tracking Bluraz, she can copy things. They are always exactly exact copies, except when she tries to copy a magical object or being. They copy is powerless. She also has a special bond with her sister. In urgent situations, the can understand each other without talking.
